Students

ILC prides itself on its flexible schedule.  Our flexible hours provide students from local colleges and universities an amazing opportunity to learn valuable skills while applying what they are learning during secondary education to real life experiences. 

Military Veterans, Guard and Reserves

ILC has Veteran, Guard and Reserve Service Members. ILC has taken an oath with the Employer Support of The Guard and Reserve (ESGR) act of 1972. 

We fully recognize, honor, and comply with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act.

We  provide our managers and supervisors with the tools they need to effectively manage employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve.

We appreciate the values, leadership, and unique skills Service members bring to the workforce and will encourage opportunities to hire Guardsmen, Reservists, and Veterans.
